The client is a teacher who runs a small scale tuition classes and seeks to build a commercial building which can be partially rent out for additional income and used again in future as extention of his tuition classes. The site is situated in very residential area near local school, which helps tuition centers of the region to get students to teach. The major road adjacent to site is filled with many small commercial businesses of various kinds , which inhabits vibrant activities in neighborhood.

As the project site is situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, a metropolitan city, it have a very large number of footfall and traffic. In recent research conducted by NEERI by noise mapping, Mumbai comes as the biggest contributor of noise pollution. On the other hand, Mumbai had its own, very rich form of nature in different ways. There is a lots of flora fauna in existence. But also the due to the metropolitan character of itself, the city is full of people and their activities. There traffic in the city comes as the biggest contributor of noise pollution in India. In recent research conducted by NEERI by noise mapping, Noise pollution comes sround 95db. This amount is not very good for the study environment.
